MOTRA´S TABLE RETREAT
22 ‒ 25 JUNE 2026
GSTAAD
NOT A BREAKTHROUGH. JUST REAL PRESENCE.
A few days to slow down, connect with the place you’re in, and experience life as it is - through food, conversation, and simple moments that don’t need to become more than they are. For slow presence & real connection. There is often this idea that a retreat has to lead to something big. A breakthrough. A transformation. A completely new version of yourself at the end. But that’s not something you can guarantee. And maybe it’s not the point. Because when you actually arrive somewhere for a few days, what really happens is much simpler. You slow down. You connect with the place. With the food. With the people around you. With yourself - in a quiet, unforced way. That is the experience we care about. Motras is about immersing yourself in a place as it is. Eating food that belongs to its surroundings. Experiencing local ingredients, textures, and rituals that are rooted in where you are — not imported for effect.
Because often, what stays with you the most are these small, real details. Not the promise of change. But the presence of what is already there.
